Interesting how to ….

1. How to keep a sharp mind and good attitude

2. How to exercise an opened mind

3. How to do Nothing ( believe me, sometimes necessary and hard to accomplish).

Enjoy!

Do you have an open mind?

How many times have I heard this, how many times have I been accused of lacking it. Is this the last resource for those without an argument?

What is having an open mind? Is it accepting the way people choose to live by breaking moral rules and social standards? How about being open minded about those who choose to live the opposite? Does it only count when lot’s of drinking, sex, etc.. or does it apply when celibacy is the lifestyle taken? Why can’t “open mindness” be applied to those who chose to not move with the moral steps society takes? Against the current, against what is easier, against what is even logical, staying behind… can you be open minded about that?

Let’s take it to a different level: Open mind; as in being more open to new experiences and ways of thinking. Being open mind about experiencing God and letting him change you, accepting those who think this way, and those who simply don’t.

People can help what they live and who they become by the choices they make… what they can’t control are the consequences that come with the choices made. Live and let live.. each one will have consequences to face.. Isn’t that enough to take up most of you time anyways?

I really enjoy etiquette and protocol. I spend a lot of time researching and reading about formulas of conduct, table settings, social behaviour, etc. So I’m going to share some of my findings with you, hoping it will be of use:

1. ButlersGuild

2. Protocolo.org

3. Finger Food info

Perfect dates…

1.

Small building, on the roof, brick construction, only night and stars
Table in the center, with a white tablecloth and set
Tall candle on a wooden candle holder, fabric napkins, white plates over decorated plates

Simple chairs, white and silver
Soft music, main instrument: violin… slow dancing

2.

Surprise trip to the beach, right before sunset
Walk barefooted along the shore
Small table or picnic setup at the end of the walk

3.

(loosing the white and table for two, the most inexpensive perfect date)

jeans , tee, and sandals
walking on a park, or green area; holding hands
Occasional blushing, smiling, and very light, almost stolen kisses

4.

(date ending..)

Kissing under the rain. :)

So I went to a singing audition… I wanted singing lessons as a hobby, to get rid of stress and because I enjoy music and singing quite a bit.

But guess what, the teacher wouldn’t take me. She sat me down in front of her and asked me to sing. I wouldn’t open my mouth and sang very low… She just stood there, starred at me and talked to me for an hour about how shy and softly I spoke and how I needed to articulate and stop mumbling in order to survive as a young women in society… If I wasn’t able to do that, I was never going to be able to sing. Go figure, i’m a very shy person, therefore I can’t sing.

So, now that I want to sing, the first thing I need to do is learn how to be loud and use my tongue, teeth and lips a lot more when I speak, and then maybe I will be able to sing.
