Just stop waiting, figure a way to dissolve all traces of democracy, communism and an scarcity-based economic model and make sure that somehow that is replaced by something not led by humans. I’d recomend something with no government at all, but with a good set of laws to begin with. Also, make all basic needs in life (food, water, clothing, internet) free (as in no money) and make it so that only luxury items need to be paid for.
The world can get to be a great place when you don’t have to worry about your basic needs. You have more time for ‘meaningless’ stuff, like being happy or thinking.
Bonus points if you evade the bullets coming from people for whom the current model seems to work just fine.
